Overview

To ensure a high-performance experience, WiseCrest Solutions utilizes various caching mechanisms. This policy outlines how we store and manage temporary data on your device and our servers.

Browser Caching

We use browser caching to store static assets—such as CSS, JavaScript, and images—on your local device. This reduces load times for subsequent visits. These files are typically stored for up to 30 days unless cleared by the user.

Server-Side Caching

Our infrastructure employs Redis and specialized CDNs to cache database queries and API responses. This ensures that frequent requests are handled with sub-millisecond latency. No personally identifiable information (PII) is stored in unencrypted server-side caches.

Cookie Usage in Caching

Small fragments of data may be stored in cookies to help our systems decide which cache version to serve (e.g., A/B testing or localization). For more details, see our Cookie Policy.

Control & Management

Users can manage or clear their cache through their browser settings. However, please note that disabling caching may significantly impact the speed and functionality of our digital platforms.
