1. General Overview

At WiseCrest Solutions, client satisfaction is our utmost priority. We structure our software development and AI engineering contracts around specific, verifiable milestones. This ensures that you only pay for delivered value.

2. The "No Questions Asked" Refund Policy

For initial proof-of-concept (PoC) builds and initial discovery phases, we offer a strict No-Questions-Asked refund policy within the first 14 days of engagement. If you determine that the technical trajectory does not align with your business goals, we will refund the initial deposit entirely. No questions asked.

3. Milestone-Based Engagements

For long-term development contracts, payments are bound to specific milestones. Once a milestone is approved by the client and deployed, payments for that specific milestone are non-refundable. If a project is canceled mid-milestone, billing will be pro-rated strictly to the hours worked.

4. SaaS Subscriptions

For subscription-based products (such as our VibeVoice AI platform), you may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are processed pro-rata for any unused days in the billing cycle.
